Institute for Dietetics in Nigeria Member Services team is always happy to help you navigate the tools and services on the institute website and on your profile. Below are some of the most common questions from members.

You can request a password reset email and select “Forgot Password/Username? Click here to retrieve it.” The email will be sent to the preferred email address that you've specified in your profile.

Please clear the cookies and cache in your browser and try to login again. To clear your cookies and cache on your browser, follow these steps:

  1. On your computer, open your browser (Chrome for example).
  2. At the top right, click 'More'.
  3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".
  6. Click Clear data.
